We review how your business appears across major AI tools, identify what those tools can and cannot find, and point to practical ways to improve your visibility. The report is free and yours to keep. It is a point-in-time assessment, so results can change as AI tools and public information change.
See the AI Visibility Report →AI Opportunity Reviews offer two fixed-scope ways to identify useful opportunities: a $950 AI Opportunity Review for an individual or a shop with a few people, and a $2,750 AI Opportunity Review for Teams for a small organization or defined team. Ongoing AI Support helps with active tools, projects, and decisions. Training & Executive Education builds practical skills and shared judgment. Organizational AI covers the AI Foundation, AI System, and the Core. Digital Builds cover websites, visibility work, content systems, and other focused digital products.
Compare AI Opportunity Reviews →The AI Visibility Report is free. The AI Opportunity Review is $950, and the AI Opportunity Review for Teams is $2,750. Training, ongoing support, AI systems, digital builds, and Core engagements are scoped separately in writing before work begins.

It helps teams work from current approved context and makes the effects of important changes visible across knowledge, workflows, tools, and AI-supported work. It is not an off-the-shelf platform or an autonomous system.
Read about the Core →No. We explain the tools in plain language, work inside the level of complexity your team can maintain, and teach the people who will use what we create. Technical work can stay behind the scenes when that is the better fit.
We work across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Claude Code, and the tools an organization already uses. We are not tied to one vendor. The recommendation depends on the work, the data involved, and what your people can realistically use.
Compare the major AI tools →We work with solo operators, small businesses, nonprofits and community organizations, funders and networks, and companies and institutions. The scope changes with the organization, but the goal stays practical: useful work that the client can understand and continue.
We use the information you provide to respond to your request and complete the work you asked us to do. AI Visibility Report requests may enter an AI-assisted research and drafting workflow, with human review before the completed report is sent. We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains the providers involved, retention, and your choices.
Read the Privacy Policy →The engagement agreement spells out ownership for each project. Our normal approach is to hand over the client files, documentation, and working materials created for the engagement so your team can use and maintain them. Any third-party tools, licensed assets, or pre-existing Here Forward materials keep their existing ownership and license terms.
No. AI tools, search results, and public information change quickly, and no one can guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, adoption, or time savings. We provide a clear assessment, practical recommendations, and human review, then explain the limits and tradeoffs.
Tell us what you are working on. You do not need to choose a service first. We will review your note, ask any useful follow-up questions, and tell you whether we are a good fit.
